Here, we are happy to give you the review of DSU activities till now.
Our last general meeting was held on Friday 12th 2007 at 5:00 pm. We are happy to announce that the DSU is accepted by STUEY and we are now official. If you have not completed the online registration at STUEY, please do so. It is a proof of membership and it helps the organization when it comes to securing funding for our events. We are proud to announce that even thought the DSU has been established recently, we are going to take a part in the Intercultural Festival. The Intercultural Festival is on November 14. The DSU is going to be a part of two events of the Intercultural Festival i.e. The Food Festival and The Dance event on the same day. In the next general meeting, elaborated details about the events will be given.
We need volunteers for both the events. The food festival has timings from 12 to 4 pm. For your convenience we have spilt the timings. You can assign for 12-1, 1-2, 2-3, 3-4. And the Dance event is from 6 to 11. So please let us know for which timings you can cover up.
Along with the Dance event, the DSU is also planning to put 'Mahendi' event. The DSU needs volunteer for the Mahendi event too.
The DSU regrets that until now in all general meetings, there were no fun or recreation section. But in the next meeting, there is going to be a surprised package of fun for every member.
The timings and place (It may be a surprise!) will be posted on our website and it will also be emailed to you.
The DSU appreciates your participation till far and we are very happy to invite you for the next general meeting.
