Dear members,
There is an election for all of the positions of board members in Desi Student Union. So, whoever wants to run for any position (Listed below), please email back to dsu.gvsu@gmail.com before 12:00 am of 12th April, 2008 and please indicate that for which position you would like to fun for. Also describe a paragraph indicating why you should be selected for that position.
President,
Vice President,
Programming,
Promotions,
Finance,
Communication and administrative Assistance,
Public relations.
The amount and type of work required by each position is described in the attachment. All the board members are required to attained all the meetings (generally once a week). This is a open election but voting will be done by the members only who are listed in the DSU Gmail account till 8th April 2008. Once we are done with some official work, all of the next elections will be done using my-blackboard.
Elections' results will be declared by 20th April 2008.
